Responsabilities

  • Produce PLC programmes
  • Configure human-machine interfaces and (less frequently) supervisory stations
  • Configure remote monitoring systems
  • Configure microcontrollers for generator sets and other systems
  • Develop programmes, test them in the workshop and activate them at locations
  • Write documentation for these programmes: flow charts, client communication tables, etc.
  • Conduct internal training for Eneria technicians as well as clients

Skills / Profile

  • Post-secondary technical diploma in automation with three to five years’ experience, ideally in the energy industry
  • Expert knowledge of Siemens S7 (and possibly S5) PLCs
  • Good knowledge of human-machine interfaces: Siemens (WinCC Flex), Proface

Responsabilities

  • Assess costs and prepare tenders for projects

Responsabilities

  • Validation testing of engines for generator sets, marine, industrial or oil industry applications, in compliance with the specifications provided by the customer
  • Perform visual checks of equipment (transportation damage, impermeability, electrical components defined when ordered, technical documentation, etc.)
  • Check environmental conditions before testing
  • Perform tests on engines (static, no-load, under load, etc.)

  • Produce prototypes and assemble them before launching mass production
